I called and requested them 3 times until I finally gave up and called a nurse who works there) I grew up with her daughter. No worries...my old records were indeed received but never looked at because if they had been, they'd have been scanned into the chart (shes been there a while, she knows the process). Soooo my pcp had no idea which immunizations I did/didn't have. That's cute.

yeah, that sucked hard for me last year. My pediatrician kept them on these old school sheets. They would make a photocopy of the same sheet every time a new vaccination was given. I had like 15 sheets faxed to me, all with similar crap on them in illegible doctor hand writing.
