TOP??? PLEASE x2

HAhaha Phnerd... you deserve it. TBR test and all.

But don't sweat TBR tests. They're insanely difficult. So are TPRs
My highest TPR was a 10, 10, 11.

I ended up with a pretty decent score.

No I was fine on verbal.

Bio was just soooooooo ochem heavy that it dropped my score. And PS is just awful for me anyway. But, when I went back and reviewed, I counted 10+ mistakes in BS and PS that were either a result of A) missing something in the passage, B) switching my answer or C) forgetting small concepts.

I really hope my review will be sufficient to cut those mistakes down....

My real test was pretty orgo heavy, so make sure you don't ignore it.

The orgo on my test was a jokestar.

But, that being said... other people have gotten absolutely mongered with orgo.

It seems you either get easy easy orgo and REALLY INSANELY HARD BIO WITH 1940285802 acronyms.

Or... you get hard orgo with piss easy bio about the kidneys.

Damn. My 3/26 one had virtually no orgo except a few basic questions. Sigh...

Everyone said my test (5/20) was orgo heavy but I honestly don't remember that much orgo. I think the mcat may have given me brain damage.

Okay that made me feel a lot better haha. Your score is amazing!

I think I'm gonna skip verbal on TBR. It's just a waste of time and on EK's and AAMCs I average a 10 or 11.

I know TBR is good science prep, so I'm going to continue to do those as well as review and do the remaining book passages.

No more moping! Dang I bounce back quickly haha

.....still going to taco bell though

yeah this was my last mcat. Still got a 10 on it though, so hoping for that again

I scored a 31 on a TPR once too, which led me to believe I was destined for a super-high score like your's. However, I got a 31 on the real deal. Lesson: there really is no true correlation between TPR and the real thing. It is a crap shoot.

Yes, there is no correlation.

However, I think I got a bit lucky on test day. The material tested were all strong points for me.

I don't care what the AAMC says, tests administered by them ARE NOT equal.
The crazy optics I had? How the hell is that equal to an easy momentum passage??

Your 37 is so much prettier than my 37. But what should I expect from Avatar House?

Avatar House is pretty cool!

However, your 14 in PS is pretty sexy.

I went from an 8 in PS to a 12... Substantial jump for me on that retake. I'm hoping adcoms forgive the GPA on the count of my brief stint with cancer, and me taking care of another sick family member.

Shoutout: Thanks TBR!

Everyone knows PS is the worst section to hit a 14. I'd trade a 13 BS and 12 VR for my left...pinky.

I second that. I got 4 points lower than my practice average, while others report getting 3+ points higher than their best practice test. The exams are definitely not equal.

I guess when we were posting our stats we should've included our mcat scores. Though my 29 is pretty unsexy. It's quite homely, in fact.

Can I go back to high school? I had a pretty glorious SAT score.

... or to read the passage

True that. Wasn't it literally "We did an orgo experiment and we hope it throws you off but all you have to do is literally read from the provided table and answer the questions. But because it's easy we hope that the pesky left-right scroll bar throws you off"

I know someone who hates cilantro, garlic and onion. Like dude, come on, your food tastes like crap.

My brother loathes onions. If he gets a burger or anything that may have onions in it (like my mother's cooking), he scours his food before eating it.

I know people like that. It's almost a phobia that they'll eat a bit of the food they don't like. I don't like mushrooms, but I don't really care if there are bits of them in my food.

The womenfolk are talking about food. Make me a sandwich?

I actually like cooking for other people, but not when they demand it.

This talk of sandwiches is making me hungry. I wouldn't mind a panini with some smoked turkey and pesto.
