i just saw someone's mdapp who went to the same school as i did with higher stats, applied to 30+ schools and only received one acceptance and a few interviews.....

🙁 im just on secondaries.

Not originally from Toronto. But alas, most of my friends back in Canada are from Toronto.

I did my time in Toronto though. I did research with stem cells one summer. Lived at Bay and College. Surreal living environment. Loved it. But the university of toronto faculty of medicine can eat dirt.

People on SDN think med school in the US is competitive. I know my poor friends that go to UTSG had 3.8s and 35s and were outright rejected by U of T. The average GPA is 3.9 at U of T right?

You can't even apply there if you have below a 3.6!

I'm usually too poor to go to concerts, but there are so many awesome ones! Mumford and Sons was here last weekend, and Rancid is coming in September!! Aaaahhh...

My best friend is an intern at the radio station. Hence why I have been going... teehee

Aggie For Life Yo. I used to be a bit UT fan until I visited A&M. Now a UT medical school would be great : D Accept me Texas medical schools!
