Haha, no, we didn't account for the nanoparticles in our buffer solution, so we diluted our BSA by a factor of 1/30 🙁 We're also gonna try new NP's!

awww! 7 weeks is an awfully long time! I remember when I had to kill my cells from another experiment because they were getting "old." Adding the ethanol and watching the flask solution get cloudy made me really sad!

i only had to take two classes. Thank god they were late MW. The rest is just BICH. 9 hours is a god send. I added a fluff online class to bump me up to 12.

I am working as a physics TA so there goes some free time, but that wont be bad.
