Good luck, kick ass, and have a good answer for the "Why this school" question. Keep in mind that everyone interviewing is nervous, and don't feed off of their nerves...

I spent a good part of my time at my second interview trying to get my fellow interviewees to calm down and talk like people. Just think of it as a conversation during which you want to convince someone you will be a good med student and doc, and you'll be fine. It's important, and I get that, but figure out a way to just RELAX and put your best foot forward. It's all you can do, all your answers won't be perfect, and you will be fine.

After reading your MDAPPS, my biggest regret about this cycle is that we've only applied to one school that's the same, and neither of us have been offered an interview there. You, sir, are hilarious. If you are ever in the CO, lemme know and I will buy you a beer. 😀

Definitely not strange. I had a great time at both my interviews, and loved the students and Faculty at both. The interviews themselves were kind of awesome, as well.

I've been meaning to visit Colorado in the near future. Perhaps I will take you up on that offer after the acceptances start rolling in and everything finally calms down. 👍

Or we could just both interview at Columbia :laugh:

Either of those options are awesome! Although, if you visit the CO, we could drag TMS into the fray and all go out for beers. She's just up the road from where I am.

On second thought, I'd rather we meet in NY. 😀 Just cause Columbia is so awesome.

I'm so excited! I got it at 3 in the morning (damn time difference) and couldn't sleep ALL night trying to figure out when would be best to come home (decided on early Nov.)

This was not good, as I was waking up at 6 AM the next day to ride 70 kilometers on my bike!! 😀

But sooo happy!
 
I had this horrible dream that I scheduled three interviews all on the same day (they were in the same city) and I tried to rush between them, and missed the interviews at two of them and showed up to the last interview in a suit jacket with jeans and sandals with socks. And then I was begging my other schools to let me reschedule.

been up since 6 and havent been able to go back to sleep. I'm going to pass out at work today if i dont try to get some nap time in now.

Haha, that is ridiculous and terrifying. I had a dream where I was trying to schedule interviews, but no matter how hard I tried, something was preventing me from doing it.
