Saggy!not with a 10 foot pole

Saggy!not with a 10 foot pole
So I thought I was dying... turns out I'm perfectly healthy and have just been reading too many PubMed articles. Not wanting to make an ass of myself and/or annoy the physician to no end by offering a self-diagnosis, I simply presented with faintness of breath and a severe leg cramp with numbness in my toes. Seeing that I work at the med school, he looks up, grins good-naturedly, and says "you think you have a blood clot, don't you? You don't. Your blood oxygen is 100%. You have the opposite of a problem." I hang my head, and that was that.
I'm a neurotic hypochondriac sometimes.
I felt like such a goon. I was just waiting for a guy with a fork sticking in his eyeball to come in and see me occupying the last bed in the ER wing, playing angry birds on my phone.
Hahahaha. The other night I thought I had a pulmonary embolism... I was freaking out a little bit.
I love Enya. That's what I thought was gonna happen... Damn, I've lost all credibility. If I have a heart attack tomorrow, I'll probably just curl up and listen to some Enya.

I would like to thank your neuroticism for wasting our medical system's limited resources.![]()

OMG So am I. I'm always quick to go straight to the worst case scenario for something weird happening to me. I remember in high school i had intense stomach pain for like the whole day, I thought it was appendicitis. It turned out to be gas, ish hurt like a mofo though, couldn't believe it was only gas (went to hospital and had x-ray taken).
Intercostal spasms can cause that. Also, a twisted rib that can work itself out in your sleep🙂Now that I think about it, I've never actually been to the ER as a patient.
When I thought I had a pulmonary embolism, I was really afraid that I'd have to go wake my parents up to take me thereThough I'd really like to know what those stabbing chest pains where when I inhaled...

pleurisy?
It resolved so quickly though, and was localized to only the left side of my chest.

Oh well, it's totally worth it.

Hahaha. I like the nickname. Did you only write about state ties, or did you include other things (hardship, diversity, etc.)?
Is it some type of lottery system where some people get sent to Temple and some get sent to CS after you've been accepted, or do you indicate your preference and then get sorted based on that?
I don't know if I could watch mediocre football for two years, let alone four.
This past year has been trying enough. 🙁
Paragraph about my state ties. Paragraph or two ish about hardship/diveristy/unique experience
