I am the most un-ergonomic sitter. I like to cross my legs "Indian-style" while sitting in chairs, or sit on one of my legs.

I'm sorry to hear that. 🙁 When did you first start experiencing your migraines? Have you tried anything to make the pain go away? Does anything make the pain worse? Can you describe the pain? Is it localized to a specific area? On a scale of 0 to 10, with 0 being no pain and 10 being the worst pain you can imagine, how would your rate your pain? Does it change at all during the day? Do you notice any other problems when you are experiencing your migraines?
