Once I get my six pack ab thing going on I will.... heck I'll even do it when I have a four pack. 😉

I didn't mind her before the whole KFed thing - even though she couldn't really sing. Sadly she does have a few good songs.

or and good morning folks. woke up at 6am, couldn't go back to sleep so I'm here.
 
I feel like a meth-addicted zombie. After eating an entire rotisserie chicken from Boston Market last night, I promptly fell asleep facedown on my living room carpet and did not stir until I began to suffocate about 2 hours later. Surely irreparable brain damage was done, and it was only with great difficulty that I fell asleep again later in the night. As if that were not enough, it is the most glorious 82-degree October day I have ever seen outside, and I am stuck at a desk.
