The supplemental app was submitted 9/16, my letters of rec were marked as received on 10/4 (but were actually uploaded to AMCAS on 9/28), and my status page reads "File Complete" as of today, 10/6.

I did not, however, receive any sort of confirmation email.. just happened to log in and see my updated status this afternoon.

EDIT: It's also possible that IS apps are expedited/take priority over OOS apps. I can't think of any reason why you'd not be complete yet if you've sent them everything they need. You remembered that LOR waiver form, right?
 
Nooooooooo. My decision will be on the 17th instead of 14th/15th 🙁

It's starting to look like it. I knew this game was going to be a shootout because of the two rookie pitchers... I was just hoping we'd draw first blood. I'm not optimistic at this point though.
