I just lost my appetite! The toilet at work was clogged (or the pipe for the toilet) and the plumber just came to fix it...OMG, this smell will stay with me for a long time 🙁

I have a whole new appreciation for plumbers!

Just out of curiosity, how do you generally go about making your pasta sauce? Do you make a big batch and store it, or do you make a little bit every time?

I sauté some red onions in a pan for a few minutes then add fresh ripped tomatoes such as heirloom (sometimes I use cannned as well), basil, black pepper, salt, and cayenne to taste, cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese and simmer on low for about 30 min. Serve on top of some penne or spaghetti and top with graded Parmesan 🙂.

Sometimes I may add spicy Italian sausage and/or hot peppers to the sauce.
And I usually only make enough for one meal.

Lol, my bf does that too. And since he is not involved with the health field and is not an Internet pro, he has little understanding about my excessive online presence

However, he does have a very good sense of humor and often laughs at some of the gifs and images on here
