That thing is like a hand grenade or stick of dynamite. Can you image what would happen if just off-camera you used a can opener to puncture a can of tuna? You'd have fur flying everywhere and that storage rack would probably be embedded 3 inches into the wall behind it.

wait are you serious? you have 6 cats? zomg. i have one, and i want him to have a friend, but he's taken to refusing to use his litter box whenever he's lived with other pets in the past, so I realized he needed to live in a one-pet household. my boyfriend said i could get a dog "when it isn't an issue anymore..." but i realized he's alluding to the idea that cats have a ~15 yr life span.

WELL, MY KITTY IS GOING TO LIVE FOREVER. so there.

I have two papers and a midterm tomorrow which I put off because I had the "I just got into med school I don't need to do this crap anymore" complex. Now I realize that I have to so I have a chance at getting in at my top choice, and don't get rejected at where I've been accepted. Sigh.

All these cake pics make me want carrot cake. I had a gluten-free carrot cake when I was in Sarasota last year, but that's too dang far to go to get one right now.

I have officially lost 22 pounds since last summer. Fit into a sweatshirt today that I couldn't even get my arms through in May. Super proud of myself, so I got falafel and hummus to celebrate 😀
