lol! no, my mom drew the line at a frame. Also, I know it's hard to imagine, but I wasn't a hearts sorta girl. I was a super-duper tomboy (think big baggy gray tshirts and overalls) pretty much up until high school...

Yes. I believe there's a lottery system in place in FL that determines who receives a license to hunt them for a given year. My family has a friend who killed a 12-footer. He brought over the head on ice to show us before he had it taxidermied. I used to eat fried gator tail bites at a local restaurant called R.J. Gator's. They closed, though. 🙁
