Gross 🙁 We don't have block exams, but we do have an anatomy test on Monday. Trying so hard to find the motivation. It's not working.

I was really confused when I decided to creep on your posts in 2018 because it looked liked Corneas was posting in there too! Then I realized it was just a different person with a very similar Gaga picture...

I think I stopped eating Spam the day I found out what was in it. Same with hot dogs.

everything all at once sucks. having experienced a systems m1 year (somewhat) before, i can safely say that that >>>>>>>> traditional curriculum.

I want to be a celebrity too. actually, my secret dream is to one day be famous to host an episode of Saturday Night Live.

mmm, same department (sort of....), new project and new PI.

and yeah, the problem is that i'm barely doing any research right now. i really don't get how there are people on here who honor everything and have time for research...i assume they must not have a social life. or much of one at the very least.

i know preclinicals dont matter, but it's hard for me to let go of the notion...

Eh, at least you have research. I'm waiting for this block to end (anatomy) and then I'm going to contact PIs like crazy. I just want to get something lined up for next semester that can carry over into the summer.

mm, it doesnt really count unless i get some sort of pub out of it, i don't think... at least that's what some of the more accomplished upperclassmen tell me. and i'm like. crap. am i wasting my time?
