I spent a lot of the money I made over the summer today on clothes. I only tend to buy them once a year around this time haha. And the random "move out" stuff I've never had to buy before. So expensive. I hate money. 🙁

I usually do the samething as you. Waste a bunch of money I shouldn't on clothes for the new year. I'm gonna have to pass on that this year, though. What move out stuff?

Eh, well just random stuff like bedding, towels, desk lamp, dishes. Living away from home stuff. I'm going to be home on enough weekends to justify buying a second blanket to keep at school and stuff haha.

I had to buy new pants. My job this summer was dirty, so a lot of them look ugly now. And I went down a size. 👎 👍

I still can't afford my car insurance though. Yay for not being able to drive. 🙁

Oh yeah, that stuff. Had to buy it freshman year and kept replacing stuff :laugh: I'll probably be coming home often. Car insurance is way to expensive for people our age 🙁

True that. I hope the loans will be able to cover it during med school. My parents aren't able to afford helping me with anything. Oh wellz. I don't care how much debt I go into as long as my end goals are met. I wouldn't complain if I got a sexy, rich wife though.

Guys, I'm getting nervous about physics. I read the first chapter, and I don't get any of the trig stuff. I know like, no math. hahaha. 🙁 Did you guys get through the physics math OK?

My friend is flying in from Delhi on Sunday. Will this hurricane be impacting that? She's flying into upstate New York.

H&M opened up a few days ago here around the Dallas are, the style is like express mens but 10x cheaper 👍 Came from germany.

Be careful the material is pretty cheap 👎...tendency to fall apart faster

you pay for what you get, the clothes are inexpensive and affordable for people who would like that type of style. 👍 I'm sure it's not that bad, express is kinda bad with their jeans, one of my fav ripped a big ass hole....80 bucks down the toilet.

Thanks, I forgot about those! I should check them out. They started throwing out random trig functions, and I just don't get the logic behind when to use which functions and why. Also component vectors seem a little weird. 🙄

I 😍 trig!! trig and geometry are the only math I like 👍 everything else sux.
 
^^ i don't like khan he's too sloppy. I tried using him for physics but i found freelanceteacher to be 10x better

I hated the beginning of physics. Too much concentration on vectors and trig. It was review for me at the same time since we went over that kinda stuff in my calc class. My prof went way too fast at the beginning, though. He covered the first 10 chaps in the first month...First test was devastating with that much material covered 😡
 
question..don't you just need algebra based physics for med school and zeh mcat?

the way he writes and the way he explains things are so not my style, its so sloppy in my opinion. He's just all over the place....


As for Freelance guy, he stands in front of the board and explains so good and in detail. This guy plans out his lectures which i like, so he knows exactly what hes going to talk about, your basically in a classroom setting.

Yeah they've been in upstate NY for ages too (and upstate NY isn't exactly the hippest/trendiest place ever, lol).
