So much celebration, I love it! I got my first acceptance and my paper just got published, all within two days this week. I will definitely be joining in the celebration tonight 😛

I just got put on hold by my top choice school and my second top choice that I am still in the running for still hasn't given me an interview invite. I really like the school I am accepted to, but I really wish I could just be done and finally have a concrete answer when people ask me "So do you know where you are going?" For now I just have to say "Well, I might go to this school unless X or Y or Z happens with this or that school, so maybe I'm moving across the country or maybe I'm not."

First world problems.

Currently filling the void of school in my life by artist-hopping and finding new music on Spotify - break is awesome.

EDIT: 1.5 hours later of scouring music blogs/YouTube hopping, I now have 200 new songs to get through..

EDIT2: Hooked on this song.. CHVRCHES needs to release an album, pronto

I've been digging lindsey stirling lately. She makes a good basis for a Pandora station.

I'm pretty excited, a friend of mine let me borrow her student violin and I have my first lesson ever on Wednesday.

Ooh, let me know if you have any questions! I've been playing since 3rd grade. Took some lessons from the Music school my freshman year too, and now I just randomly jam/play when I have the free time.
 
Sometimes I'm like "I really wish I could get into a better school and have a partial tuition scholarship.. oh well". Then I remember that 7 months ago I wasn't even sure I could get into DO school and as recently as 4 months ago I was still sure I wouldn't get into MD school.

It's hard for me to be appreciative when I'm constantly hoping for more.. Anyone else?

Haha I agree! I'm from western NY so the longer we go without snow the better. I know we will be buried in it soon though, but might as well enjoy the nice weather while we can.
