Yes! 🙂 my first! So happy to know that I'll have the opportunity to pursue my dream. Have a few more IIs and decisions pending. But those are just icing on the cake 🙂 I applied really late so I feel fortunate and blessed. Really happy to join you in the class of 2017 🙂
 
Not sure who I dislike more. Patriots fans or all the bandwagon Niners fans.

Definitely the Pats. Can't stand Belichick(sp?) or Brady. Although, they're that team that I always expect to win, but keep hoping that they lose.

Yea I used to hate he pats more than anyone, but bandwagoners drive me crazy and they currently make up a huge portion of the niner fan base right now

Haha, I actually had a great time in the NE, you just sort of get used to a permanent state of Pats/Celtics/Red Sox fever.

At the lab all day - then volunteering at the free clinic until probably 9. Then maybe squeeze in a workout after?

My sleep schedule is so effed up right now :barf: Plus I'm considering quitting my lab and picking up a part-time job for the semester..
 
I really wish I could quit my lab job. Someone want to pay my rent/bills for the next 7 months?

Take a few thousand dollars and go to Thailand or Vietnam. It'll last you if you plan right 🙂 Ha Long Bay in particular is a beautiful place to wake up to.

Freighter boats can get you across the ocean for relatively cheap. Just save enough to fly back in time for orientation :laugh:

It's really not all that hard - usually the most expensive cost by far is the plane ticket. Korea and China aren't that expensive, either. If you sacrifice on first-world-lifestyle, Cambodia/Laos are even cheaper. Malaysia near Singapore (I always forget the city name) is a nice mix of everything.

The language can be a problem, but it's always fun to work around 🙂 If you do do it (and you're a girl moreso than if you're a boy) it's always good to travel with someone, but it's doable alone 🙂 I had a friend from Japan travel with me (that place is sooooo expensive, would not recommend it for stretching your money out, I don't know how he lived there)...
