I like your username. It took me about two seconds to figure out who you really were when I was browsing the Facebook class page. Hopefully you end up at UW.

My username is frighteningly identifying. It keeps me from getting too out of hand on SDN I suppose. I am thinking of changing it soon to cover my tracks :ninja:

I'm having such a hard time deciding about UW...but that's probably obvious. I really love all of the faculty I have met and they seem to have a really earnest dedication to social justice, which makes me feel warm fuzzies. The other admits & the MS1's I met at second look were also all wonderful people. It's an amazing fit pretty much any way you slice it, but that OOS tuition...whew. But I also think I can pull down about $80k in outside scholarships over the 4 years, so...

I am in the same situation. I need a more private name but don't want to delete my account. I asked the mods if I could change and they said that right is reserved for donors. I just made my bronze donation so hopefully I can get it changed soon.
 
Here's a question: My gmail inbox is getting really cluttered and I want to start a professional email to handle any school/medicine stuff. A while ago I registered [email protected] ...I should wait 4 years to use that email for anything, right?

Yeah, but with my mdapps I am pretty easy to identify too (especially if you have the possibilities narrowed down).

To be honest, I would just use whatever ones the school or work provides. UW has rules about even using the school one and only being able to use their website because of encoding and patient information being shared. I can't use outlook because of that. Lame.

Oh also...having your name in your SDN username. Lolol I was guilty of that until I changed my username. Sooooooooo many people figured me out.

Hey mods, are we allowed to request to change our username to a celebrity's name? I get told I look like a certain actress pretty often and I might go with that as my new persona. Alternately I'll just have to pick a character she played.
 
My roommate sucks. She pregamed for a concert at 7 and left. One friend almost got a MIC, so she dropped off them at 9 and they were passed out on the floor while she went back to the concert. She brought home a party at 10 and stayed until 1130. She then left and my fiancée and I thought they had left for good. She came back about five minutes ago with an even bigger party.

They are all trashed and stoned and super loud.
