You guys are crazy. I'm trying to clean bulk so I can't touch the stuff.

Clean bulk. Lol. My attempts at that never last longer than a couple weeks. Too hard to gain eating clean and I'm tired of getting fat to put on muscle, so at this point I'm just trying to mostly maintain size and build strength while trying to improve cardio.

I don't know about you, but eating a Big Mac is a messy affair for me. For some reason, the middle piece/bottom patty always slide out so I end up taking uneven bites..

Yeah, this has pretty much been a year of experimentation. I'll probably start my first actual "cutting" phase pretty soon, so it'll be interesting to see how that works out.

My patient invited me in to watch the bruins game with him. So my next 2-3 hours are gonna be awesome!
