the mixes i made were very basic.

Fl studio is the shizz tho, you literally can make your own cd off that software with the right tools, but im not that good.

yea, got back into lifting a few months ago... I didnt lift a single weight during last fall because the semester kicked my ass... really regret it since I basically lost all my gains.

But im back at a 4 plate deadlift, 3 plate squat, and a terrible bench still

Nicee and i feel ya, don't have as much time as i use too. school def gets in the way.

i hate running ;p but i did enough of that during my wrestling days!

I love the eating that is associated with running haha. 14 mile run today = 4000 calories or so I get to eat 🙂

I am looking at buying a Trek bike right now.

I recently been thinking about doing some mountain biking or something like on trails and some intense hiking trails.
 
I found i really love running. I think ill do a full one next year

Fulls are an absolute beast. Once you break the 15-mile mark or so on runs, it starts getting tough. And then multiply that X5 or so once you get to 20.

That being said, I'd recommend doing a full sometime with all my heart because it's an awesome experience!

Good to hear. My dad used to be big on them. He did a few marathons and like 2 triathlons. I would love to get into that.

You totally should, it's worth it. Also, doing an Iron Man is a future goal of mine but that's off in the future someday. Good luck with training!
 
That's how I feel when I am in traffic sometimes. I hate slow pokes. Sometimes you wish you could just bowl them over...

Exactly. When I'm a pedestrian, the cars can/better wait because I have the right of way. If I'm a driver though, those stupid peds better get out of my way.

I've always wanted to compete in Ironman triathlon but I don't think I'm fit enough for that 😱 I swim and run :idea: lol and play ultimate frisbee
 
Hey Torshi, do you have any advice on abdominal training? I've had a six pack for as long as a can remember just from running, but lately I've been trying to get more definition in that area through a simple program. My obliques have improved a lot in the last week, but do you have any tips?

Well yea everyone has a six pack just gotta work for it, its hiding ;p

Work out your abs, cardio and cut down on eating food with high carbs and cut down on sugar food even fruits

Dang, already do plenty of the first two and that last part conflicts with my running diet

so i went to starbux to study some biologia and i couldn't really study cuss the girl next to me was applying to med school on her laptop xD had the whole amcas thing open too..poor girl was so clue-less I totally know more than her! she was on SDN too!! Ahahahahaha
