theres a difference between working really hard and memorizing a sh** load of work and regurgitating it when a test comes up. I rather take a job and residency will be hard but fun.

Not all residency programs are like that. Their isn't much studying in surgery residency unlike derm and rads. These guys typically study 2 hrs everyday but surgery guys don't study til the boards are close. Also, this all depends on the individual.

nah im not talking about the programs im basically talking about school vs. residency. I rather work instead of make good grades 👍

Same, but by the time we get to working we'll know the stuff well because of studying
