Man, I thought the general consensus is that they should be glad that you want to volunteer. I mean you are going to their work for free 😱 Probably the research wan't going so well and the frustrations were taken out on you :shrug:

you never seen it? it won so many awards lol it's hilarious.


You gotta watch the first season to understand, they are one big family and all related lmao.

I'm sure you saw the Colombians boobs, she's hot and her accent in the show is funny as hell but sexy as well👍
 
i rented the whole season via netflix and my dad just copied all of them for me. I need to get the 2nd season and the show is relatively new.

i barely watch tv and when it comes to shows its really not my thing but this one is really good and i mean it

Move-in was successful. I like my new place. It's much bigger than last year's! I forgot to bring a few random things like a shower mat and such so I'll need to make a quick trip home in the next few days. Good thing I go to a school that's just a one hour drive to my house!

So are you living on campus, or do you have like, an apartment nearby? I'm totally gonna forget stuff too, haha. I'm trying to write down all the stuff I'll need, but I know my move-in's gonna be awkward. 😛

That would be most problematic. :laugh:

Speaking of shower mats though, I wonder if the university puts shower curtains in all of our apartments already or if we have to buy them. No friggin' clue. -_-

Also, I seem to have gotten a positive response about research from that professor, she told me to stop by her office next week. That's exciting, right? 👍 😀

@Curtains: They don't provide you with a list of things to bring? I have lived in 2 on campus apartments and 1 provided a shower curtain and the other did not. Either way you could probably go buy one if you find out you need one.

As school season is gearing up again, I have a few words for you 2017ers-
--make your classes count; here's your chance to get you GPA up/keep it up
--start finding LOR writers
--start brainstorming for your PS. you might need to give your LOR writer a copy, so might as well have ideas to write a good, rough draft
--keep up your ECs
--update your resumes
--most of all, enjoy! You're not going to get this year back...ever. Might as well make the best of it 🙂

Good luck, 2017! This time next year, y'all will be writing secondaries/Recieving interviews 🙂
