I told my aunt who is a CPA about how I don't need to balance a checkbook because I have never written a paper check and my debit card transactions are all online. I got chewed out for a good 30 mins about doctors are the worst at managing their own finances.......

I hope there is enough in that budget for me to spring on some furniture & stuff when I get to Seattle...otherwise my place is going to look pretty barebones. In my current place most of our housewares are owned by my roommate. I don't have any knives, silverware, coffeemaker, etc of my own.

Yes it is. Mad Men is certainly not for everyone. You have to enjoy marveling at how deliciously awful those men are. It's such a male chauvinistic world. The props and set are just incredible. You really feel like you are watching a show in 1960. Draper is the man every guy wants and doesn't want to be at the same time. 👍

Downton Abbey is amazing. It is one of those shows that everyone tells you to watch but you are super skeptical. Then you finally give in and watch it and are like WTFBBQ HOW DID I WAIT UNTIL NOW TO WATCH THIS SHOW. Second season is mediocre though.
