If you've got some time to kill, I guess go see it if you're into comic books. It's not horrible, but it's not super awesome, either. The movie has some pacing issues at the beginning, but it manages to pull things together by the end of it all. The final confrontation between him and Zod is pretty satisfying.

If anything, Henry Cavill is in great shape (if you're into that sort of thing).
