Not at all, it'll be a good place to vent our frustrations, chat randomly, and whatnot all without that lovely SDN filter.
 
And in other frustrating application related news. I have been going back and forth with the AAMC regarding my FAP appeal process and have not received any sort of feedback in the past 5 weeks since sending out the initial appeal. First it was with them not actually getting my appeal letter, now its about the complete and utter lack of correspondence following. The people I've talked to have been beyond helpful, but man something is wrong on the administrative side over there in the FAP office. Quite angry right now 😡😡 :bang::bang::bullcrap: /vent

we've only got like 2 schools in common bauman, and in reality, I probably only have a shot at one of them baring an insane MCAT score.

My GPA is way lower than his and I only got a 34. So I realistically don't have a lot of chance at most of those schools either. Haha.
 
I'd really like to meet everyone on the interview trail, but there seems to be a surprising lack of Cali applicants here.

Okay good to know on Columbia. I put most of this on my primary though, so I'm guessing I shouldn't repeat everything (ie descriptions) on my secondary?

Oh yeah thats right, Dogfish Head has a 120 minute that is 18%. I have had it before, it's incredibly delicious, full bodied and can be deadly if consumed multiple bottles.
 
Okay I love beer..I tried a green tea beer that was oddly good once. :naughty:



On a much less fun topic: in the "is there anything else you would like us to know" essays... Is this we're we are supposed to clear up weird transcript things (like my dumb butt hs double enrolling me in AP and college classes[which would bump my GPA up .02 if I didn't have them on there], and my dumb butt duel enrollment college putting W's for the add/drop period because no money was exchanged) and/or to talk about how we'd be a good fit/which specialized programs that school has that we feel we'd fit in well with? *long exhale*
 
Where do you guys find these drinks? The fanciest things near me have Fat Tire, Blue Moon, and Shock Top.

The trick is to be from a good state with a surplus of microbreweries and an addiction to beer. Namely, Wisconsin.

Just got my first MD interview invite!! Indiana (OOS, but I went to undergrad in state & worked in a research lab at one of their campuses). 😀

Three interviews now (two DO ones); craziness!
