Note to all applicants - they strongly value experience. You don't have to put in 15 years, but even one year in the business lets them know that you have an idea of what the profession is actually like

Just wanted to let ya'll pre-optometry students know that grades aren't always everything as you can see in my case. You just have to be hopeful and genuine!
