Class ranking?

I'm currently evaluating schools I've gotten in to.
Is there some way to tell if the school has an internal ranking/if this is noted on the MSPE?
Even if schools are preclinical pass/fail, do the majority of schools have a class ranking based on clinical grades?

You would need to ask the school, I don't think this is info that is publicly listed anywhere. That said, be aware that all schools are required to provide some idea of where you are in comparison to your classmates on MSPEs, at minimum by providing a histogram of grade distributions for each course and rotation, so even schools with "no internal rankings" will still do this.
