Classes Prior to Applying

What kind of classes did successful pre-MSTP students generally take by end of junior year? I hear of students taking genetics, neuroscience courses, and other electives. My school doesn't offer these until senior year. Prior to applying I would have Chem, Bio, Orgo, Physics, Biochem, Cell Bio, Molecular Bio. Is that too little to prove my interest in science in terms of coursework?

you prove your interest in science by doing science. i don't think coursework reflects on interest in science at all.
