What classes will help you as a lab tech in a molecular biology lab? Besides intro bio and orgo, I am considering biochem and maybe one other class...

Any suggestions?

I dont fully understand your question, but as a lab tech, i assume your duties are mostly "do as told"?
Other than that, for molecular biology labs, obvioulsy molecular biology would be helpful! Biochem and genetics courses would be helpful as well as organic. I myself never applied any organic info to work in mol. bio lab (~ 1 year) but it may depend on the lab focus.

Getting a degree in molecular biology , and probably a CCIE certification.

My genetics class was taught by the professor I work for so that was very helpful (especially the lab where we did a lot of the same techniques I was doing in the lab). Any kind of molecular bio class would also be helpful. Other than that, I don't know how the lab you are planning to work for handles their techs, but I got a lot of on the job training.

yeah, best way to learn for a mol bio lab is to actually be working in a mol bio lab. learn by doing! and if you ever have questions as to the theory behind what you're doing or why you're doing a certain experiment, just ask your supervisor/mentor/postdoc/another lab tech/whoever. just start by getting your feet wet.

um... i guess molecular biology and it's complementary lab would help you out.
