CLEP on AMCAS

I took 2 CLEP tests 2nd semester my senior year, but the credit isn't listed under any semester on my transcript--it's just listed in a "transfer credit" section at the beginning. Should I include the CLEP credit in the course work for the semester I actually earned it, or my first semester at the college that granted the credit (jr year)? And do I still give it fr status?

I know variations of this question have been asked 100 times before, but I can't find anything that addresses this situation ...
