Does anyone on here have any experience with Cleveland State? I'm currently a post-bac student there and applying to their DPT program, but I just want to get an idea as to whether or not it's possible I would be accepted to their program.
My overall PTCAS GPA is a 3.17, which I think will give me an automatic rejection from CSU. Talking to other students on campus, many people say that their cutoff is a 3.5 because the school is so competitive and they get so many applications. Does anyone know if there is any truth to this? I ask because I have been accepted to a couple different schools, and I'm trying to figure out what is going to happen in the near future, because it effects more people than just myself.
Just trying to get some ideas... CSU's program is a bit different than any other program I've seen (you need to do a cadaver dissection in undergrad), and their due dates are frustratingly late in the cycle. I sent a deposit to a school back in October, and final decisions for CSU aren't until May 1st... although they normally get back to everyone before then, I think.
Thanks!
