Hi,
So I was left wondering how many passages each prep book has, so I decided to spend some time to compile a list for anyone else who is interested:
TPR Science Workbook:
Biology: 83
Chemistry: 91
Organic: 43
Physics:60
Verbal(from TPRH Verbal WB): 71
Berkeley Review:
Biology: 150 (15 passages per Chapter) + 14 from 2 Diagnostics = 164
Chemistry: 134 (Ranging from 10-15 per each of the 10 Chapters)
Organic: 107 (13-14 per each of the 8 Chapters)
Physics:100 (10 per each chapter, 3 of 10 are meant for un-timed review)
Verbal: 100
I'm sure someone could organize this more neatly, I simply put it into my excel. Seems to me like there is an abundance of passages one could theoretically get through - but based on quality, personal preference and time availability, you'd want to choose one or the other. Not to forget all the AAMC, and diagnostic tests from various prep companies.
Enjoy.
