Clinic visits

Hi, as a med student I'm not exactly sure what I should be doing at each of the OB clinic visits during the 1st, 2nd and 3rd tms--ie, I know basically what labs I should check but not what to do as far as physical exam and history taking and things to ask the patient in each tm--any help?
