I am starting to prepare for oral boards and was wondering anyone's opinion on these two books. Has anyone used Clinical Cases in Anesthesia by Reed (last edition published in 2005) for oral boards and did you find it useful/up-to-date? Same comments/opinions needed for Yao & Artusio (have heard it is too detailed for orals). Any opinions/comments re: these books (as well as any other good tips) are welcomed from people who have passed their oral boards... Thanks.

The Yao book is great, but it's a full textbook. You gotta start reading it early, and re-read it a couple of times. There's a new edition out too.

Not familiar with the Reed one.
