If you can explain to me the meaning of "Clinical Chart Review".
As an International student, I am not used to hear this type of research.
I have a chance of doing Surgical Clinical Chart Review. May explain to me what is this ? Is it retrospective study? Searching in Patients' files ?
Does it need too much effort ? Average time to finish it ?
