Once volunteers are allowed back in my local hospitals, I’m planning to start volunteering again. I volunteered in high school and a typical day would be patient transport (“wheelchair escort”) and delivering ice to patients in their rooms. Does this count as clinical volunteer experience?
I’m lacking in both clinical volunteer hours and shadowing hours (rising college sophomore), planning to start getting these hours this summer/school year.

Yes, patient transport and ice delivery to patients counts as clinical volunteer experience. You'll get more out of it if you talk to those patients you serve.

See if you can make friends with nurses and ask them to teach you how to do vitals .
