so some schools require clinical LORs like Arizona-Phoenix.

Do I submit a shadowing LOR for this?? apparently they want to know about how accountable I am or if I am kind to patients or something but will this really mean anything coming from a physician I shadowed???

I think this is essentially the like DO letter than osteopathic schools require. Shadowing letter should suffice, unless you have worked more personally with a clinician at some point.

What is it suppose to say if all I did was just follow them around? I asked some questions at the end too I guess.......

No not really, but what choice do you have? They know that the vast majority of pre-meds have no real clinical experience. They just want to hear about you from the clinician's mouth (pen).

I think that, ideally, you want the physician to write a letter that speaks to your character.

What I would do is:
- Shadow multiple times, minimum 20 hours
- Always show up when you say you are going to show up
- Show him/her how interested you are in medicine -- maybe do some research on some common diseases and treatments in their field so you know what they are talking about and can ask intelligent questions
- Provide them with your CV, AAMC Letter guidelines (https://www.aamc.org/download/349990/data/lettersguidelinesbrochure.pdf), personal statement, and anything else that is relevant
