I have 2 questions for thoes who familiar with these, even though these will not appear too complicated for many of you ...
Someone with significant nose bleed, stopped spontaneously in ~ 20 mins, do you order a nose X ray to rule out nasal bone fracture.

Is there any circumstances when you would not apply plaster cast on a fractured bone ( except when it is a compound fracture). I am refering to a displaced bone eg: distal humerous with some displacement.
