I was wondering if anybody could help me find clinically based OT (masters) programs?

Not sure what you mean. I thought that most OT programs (entry to practice) have to be clinically based? You could probably add the research component later in a Phd/OTD program.

There are also many entry level doctorate (OTD) programs that are very clinical and hands on! Not just research based. Definitely look into them too, rather than narrowing down your options to Masters programs only.
