Clinicals in one city?

Saw this question asked elsewhere, and thought it to be a good one.

Which of the Caribbean schools is set up such that one can do all (or most) of third and fourth year clinicals in one U.S. city?

I'd thought some were able to do this, but others (I've heard Saba) bounce people all over the U.S..
Is it faster to be "bounced" around vs trying to get only one location?

I'm graduating next week from SGU and did all of my clinicals, both 3rd and 4th year, in NYC. Lived in Brooklyn for 2 years and had everything scheduled right in Brooklyn apart from Psychiatry which was an easy drive away in Manhattan. Most of my friends arranged their clinicals similarly, with everything scheduled in either Brooklyn, Queens, or different areas of New Jersey. Those that "bounced" around, by and large, opted to do so.
