I have a question as to what I should do. I have graduated and posted here before but need some advice on what steps to take.

Here's a brief profile of my current "stats": (UC Graduate with Honors)
~3.6 BCPM, ~3.6 Cummulative (Sub 3.0 GPA Frosh year due to some family issues, but ~3.8 - 3.9 the final 3 years...)
~30 MCAT - (10,10,10) and retake was (8,11,11) - 8 in VR.. Should I retake? I know I can do better in verbal.. I just lost focus during that section.
~Economics and Biological Sciences Double Major (Department Citation in Economics)

~Tutor: High School Student ~ 9 months SAT/ High School Sciences, Guidance on application process) ~8 Hrs Weekly
~Tutor: Economics - Private (In classes I had previously Taken during college) ~ 10 Hrs Weekly (Varied)
~Pharmacy Internship ~ 3 months ~ (4 Hrs weekly)
~MSICU Hospital Volunteer ~150 hrs and ongoing (3-4 hours weekly)
~ED Hospital Volunteer ~ Just Started ongoing (~4 hours weekly)

Current Jobs:
Full Time Research Analyst - (Economics Related) 40 Hrs Week 7 Months Ongoing
Part Time Internet Marketing Assistant/Coordinator ~20 Hrs Week 1.5 years Ongoing (Initially Full time for 1 Year - part Time for past half year.

What parts of my application do I need to strengthen? What should I address? How should I go about doing it?

I would LOVE to stay in CA for school, but know it may be impossible with my sub-par stats. I would however be willing to go anywhere!

Could someone provide some feedback? Thanks!

Yes I think you should retake the MCAT since you think you can get that verbal score up. I agree you have little chance as you are of a CA acceptance, unless you apply DO.

Leadership and physican shadowing are areas for you to work on. It would also be nice to see some community service that is not medically related.
