So -

I did a cluneal nerve block today -

100% pain relief post injection (yes...I'm that good of a pre-test diagnostician, and that good of a procedure-doing person.)

Actually, I'm sure it was placebo.

Anyway, any idea on the CPT? I did it under fluoro.

I've used 64450 with 77002, and I think I saw this discussed on another thread here. Unfortunately, I work for a Hospital system on RVU and can't assure this got paid as described.

Unfortunately, the current fluoro machine doesn't upload to our system - so the pictures are gone FOREVER (very frustrating).
