Title says it all. Any book/reference someone can recommend to better understand all of this? Particularly something that also includes what the actual documentation requirements are for specific codes. TIA.

APA and AACAP both have pretty good handouts/powerpoints about the 2021 codes with clinical examples. I'm not sure you need much more than that unless you're looking into more obscure codes to use or something.
