Hello Hant,
Could you please let me know if you recieved any 'application complete' or 'under review' kind of e-mail before recieving the interview invitation. I sent in my application in September and so far I haven't recieved any response from them!!

hello ,
I did receive "application under review email" few days ago before the interview invite.
I'm a non resident,my stats are modest[yet to take part-2] but with loads of extracurricular/experience.So from this it appears that they look at the whole application not just the scores...everyone has a equal chance i guess!

has the colorado dental school increased its enrollment for the isp program this year? what is the tuition for this 2011?

Oh! congrats.Actually none so far.Its been a while since i have been out of school so things are very vague.I am waiting for the formal mail to come and then really will know what to expect.Any body any suggestions or ideas as to how to go about this.
 
Hello everyone..

From what i gather they ask for one PFM or gold cast crown preparation and one Class 2 restoration. And some wax exercises. I still have not received any formal mail.

sorry to trouble you but what do you mean its not tooth carving, it is wax carving. as far i understood we carve the tooth from the wax. so, that is the tooth carving and asked by Colorado university right?

Hi! Morphology,
i think the wax exercise is that they give an S or an O shape or something and you need to fill it up with sticky wax that they provide you with.I really doubt if its gonna be carving.

it means that they give u an O shaped cardboard sort of thing which u fill wid sticky wax in dome shape... something like dat.... even i m not very clear about that..
 
Hi! dr37,
one of my friend who had attended the interview there long back said that they give you something and you gotta fill it with wax.Some other friend said its not filling up or anything but making a dome shape out of the wax.Well! i am really confused.I think i'll wait for the mail to arrive and then see how i can go about it.

i applied to colorado and when i called they said my application is not complete and i have send everything to them. when i ask about which document they said wait for our email...but i havent received any e mail till now and deadline is april 2....i dont know what to do😕

Hi guys,
I am in a similar situation too. I tried e-mailing and calling them repeatedly, but no response. Maybe they are busy with the IV invitations and stuff. But the deadline is fast approaching, and I am really worried.
Please keep us posted if anyone recieves a response.

Have you all heard anything from CU. Any news of your documents being 'complete' or 'recieved' or .........?????? I have tried e-mailing and calling, but haven't heard anything. I am really worried about this and feel totally helpless. Please post if you hear anyhing from them.

CU Denver will give interview invitation till end of the April. It is going to be 2 or 3 interview sessions. May 1, May 8 and maybe May 15. So don't worry guys. There are planty of time. BTW, they are working very slow. Miss Miller is the only one who is working with the applications.

I think emailing Jane Miller is the only way out.'Coz no one answers the pone there.Even i had tried calling them with no luck.

I am in same boat as you are. i have sent many emails,and i seriously doubt they check voicemails.I have not recieved any response saying if my app was recived or complete.
I understand that there is only one person managing everything, so i am hoping something comes up soon.

I feel that post deadline if you send your documents .. your application status would be incomplete and hence not considered for this year ..
You might still want to confirm about it ..

Thanks DocSur for your reply.Yes I too thought the same,but just asked to make sure,because some colleges do accept if the application is there before deadline.But I will try calling them.

My application is complete but I didn't like my personal statement. If i will send new sop, will they consider. if anybody can pls advice me

unfortunately, you can not submit any additional documents after the deadline. You are able to change everything in your package, like, toefl score or application information or NBDE score, but befote the dead line
sorry about that.
I think it is better to prepare yourself for the bench exam. If you don't like youre personal statement, it doesn't mean that they will not like it. And again, they wiil look to the whole package, not just a single items.

any news from CU. Anyone heard from Ms Jane Miller??? Any interviews for the 8th of May?? Any more interviews to come??? Going crazy with this suspense.

me too very worried , didnot received any email confirmation either that my application is complete or not.
