Columbia 3-year PhD to MD program?

Does anyone know anything about Columbia's 3-year PhD to MD program? I'm interested in it as a pathway and I'd love to hear anyone's experience with it or other 3-year programs of its type? Thank you very much!

It is for students who already have a PhD before applying so if you don't have a PhD already then its not for you. Then other than that, its an accelerated curriculum to get people done faster.

I think this is fairly unique for 3 year programs, most of the one's I have seen center around primary care.

I will have a PhD when I’m applying, so I’ll qualify.
