COLUMBIA DOES ONLINE INTERVIEWS? LIKE VIDEO WEB CONFERENCING?? or ONLINE CHAT????? THAT's SOME CRAZY SICK STUFF....

or did you mean e-invitation?

e-invite not interview.

I agree with STEP. Looks like they send out emails inviting candidates for interviews on Tuesdays.

Just got mine today too, so it looks like Tuesdays it is. And they only interview on Fridays, they have November still open.

does anyone know the last interview dates in november??
after these dates that is the end of first round interviews??

Yeah, I meant to say

e-invitation for an interview

Sorry about the confusion

Did anybody send thank-you card or e-mail after ur interview at Columbia University?

I didn't, cuz I remember we are not supposed to send any thank-you card after Columbia interview.

😕

Before actual interview, there is an orientation session. (It continues even after actual interview, but it's shorter!)

I remember Dr. McManus told "us"

1. Don't send e-mail or make a phone call to ask application status before December
2. Don't send thank-you card or e-mail

and, I also remember it's because there are tremendous numbers of applications.

As I was a bit nervous, I was not for sure about this. So, I talked with another guy (from Michigan & have interview on the same date), and we agreed that Dr. McManus had mentioned not to send thank-you card.

So, I didn't send it.

However, I believe the evaulation of our interview is already completed. Only should we wait until December.

I don't believe your thank-you card will hurt you. :scared:

Btw, I didn't get the name card of my interviewer!

In my case, I couldn't even get my interviewer's name card.

It was superfast interview! However, it covered several topics in depth. Just I remember there was no pause between our conversation.

Hm..I don't remember what happened then. Anyway, now I realized I didn't get my interviewer's name card.
