Hey there, I already listed a few of those in a recent thread. If you’re looking for programs that take neurology residents for NIR, there are plenty. It’s pretty easy to combine a stroke and NIR fellowship at these places. Good programs would be UPMC, UMiami.
However, if you’re look for “strictly combined” fellowships- and the only reason I can think of is if you’re on a J1 visa and don’t want the hassle of possibly terrible visa changes (country dependent) while going from stroke to NIR- then there’s only a few- JFK, U of Minnesota are two places I know of.

The trick/catch is that many places don’t have an officially combined track, but could make it happen for you if both divisions like you and they have an open spot. It’s both a blessing and a curse that these are not official and you have to talk directly to the programs.
