I completed DIT, NMR on-site review and at least 3000 questions from combined between combank and the exam master program provided by the COM. I hate that I was so close to passing. It is required that I show a min score of 450 on a Comsae before I can retest. I really need help preparing and would appreciate any advice. My confidence has taken a hit in all of this.

Every student I have helped in your situation has a similar theme. This may not be you but just what I noticed: they go through the motions without gaining and retaining an appropriate level of understanding. It may be because you still haven't figured out to study efficiently or many other reasons.

All these sources should leave you prepared. If they aren't, throwing more study tools on top won't help either.

Pick a single source like Rapid Review path. Cover it chapter by chapter. Don't just skim. Rewrite each page in an outline format or a flow chart or in some method that requires you to recall the information. Try to consolidate the information and pick out what you think is important. At the end of each chapter do questions from UWorld about that topic. This should take you no more than a month to two if uninterrupted study to finish the book.

Then go use a review aid like first aid in a similar manner. Add in a good review of OMM from savarese and comquest and call it a day.

My school strongly recommends a "live" program. Any suggestions for or against any programs, or maybe online alternatives ?

The reason a "live" program is suggested is they set you to a schedule and you have to keep it, no slacking. If you can do this on your own then I wouldn't. I have no recommendations on a live one.

Analyze your score report as much as you can to figure out the basic categories you're deficient in. Their published percentages are aligned much similar to an outline of body systems. They also may have provided you with scores in Anatomy, Biochemistry, etc. You'll get the most bang for your buck by focusing on these areas.
