Hands down, Comquest questions are better. Combank is a good bank to use if you want to raise your self esteem. I used Combank for Part II, and it really was not representative of the COMLEX. However, I am now studying for Part III, and can honestly say that the Comquest questions, although more difficult, are much more similiar to the style of questions that I dealt with on the COMLEX II. COMSAE is also an excellent resource. I think they have three different tests now that you can purchase for Part II. They are exactly like the actual exam.
