COMLEX certificate number??

I'm filling out an application for a state license and it is asking me to list my COMLEX certificate number. I completed COMLEX back in 2010 so I have no idea what this is referring to. Is it the same as the NBOME ID? Thanks.

Probably your NBOME ID Number when you signed up to take COMLEX. If you remember your login information for NBOME, log on and your NBOME ID should be listed somewhere. Or you can always call COMLEX/NBOME.
