The NBOME site indicates not to schedule a return flight until after 7:00pm. I'm taking the exam at 8:00am and it is scheduled to finish at 3:30pm. The last flight to my home is at 6:00pm. Don't really want to spend an extra night in Conshohocken. Does anyone know if we normally get out before 3:30pm and should I be able to catch a 6:00pm if I get out of the test center at 3:30pm. I'm told the airport is 30 minutes away, maybe more in the rush hour.

You usually get done by 3 pm unless a student has to be given a "talking to" for unusual behaviour etc. I was able to get to the airport thru rush hour traffic for a 630 flight (and I usually get "randomly" selected for a more thorough security check ). You also may want to look into the train schedule since it drops you right across the street from the airport and is cheaper than a car rental.

I know this info is probably already on SDN somewhere, but what is a good hotel to stay at? My wife and I were wanting to spend saturday/sunday site-seeing before my test on Monday. Should we stay in phili for saterday night then go to conshohocken or just stay in conshohocken? Is the train close to the hotels/ test center?
Thanks

Best bet would be to be at the Conshohoken hotel the night before just in case something goes wrong traffic-wise next day.
All of the hotels that are on the NBOME website are good. I stayed at the Marriott which is a 3 min walk from the test center. Great staff. Nice rooms w/ fridges & microwaves and a host of places that deliver to the hotel.

Is that the residence inn? I hope so, i'm staying there and thought I'd have to take a taxi to the testing center.

If I remember correctly it is the Marriott Residence Inn...but just ask them how far they are from the testing center just to be sure & pack an umbrella just in case their shuttle is not working that day. (which from what my classmates have told me seems to be every day)
